Brooks and McKenna’s engagement was one of those moments that felt effortless, thoughtful, and full of meaning from the very beginning. I had the honor of capturing Brooks’ proposal at the Gizella Kopsick Palm Arboretum, a space that feels quiet, elegant, and tucked away in the heart of Tampa. It was the perfect setting for such an intentional moment. 

From there, their engagement story unfolded into an evening that felt straight out of a dream. 

A Thoughtful Proposal at Gizella Kopsick Palm Arboretum

The Gizella Kopsick Palm Arboretum is one of Tampa’s most beautiful hidden gems. With winding paths, towering palms, and soft waterfront views, it offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere that feels removed from the busyness of the city. 

Brooks planned the proposal with care, choosing a location that felt calm and personal. The moment was quiet and emotional, allowing McKenna to fully take it in. These are the moments I love most. Real, unrushed, and deeply meaningful. 

An Engagement Session on the Water Taxi 

After the proposal, Brooks and McKenna shared their vision for their engagement session. They dreamed of something romantic, coastal, and uniquely Tampa. An experience rather than just a session. 

The Tampa Water Limo was the perfect fit. Floating across the water as the sun began to set, the evening unfolded naturally. Champagne, flowers, gentle movement of the water, and golden light reflecting off the skyline created an atmosphere that felt intimate and timeless. It was relaxed, romantic, and completely true to them.
